Laura Sage
CEO & Founder, Chill Meditation + Massage
A graduate of Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management, Laura conceptualized Chill when she couldn't find a modern meditation studio in Chicago. Laura was the sole marketer and investor relations professional at a relative value hedge fund for over a decade. She is also the founder of The Lynn Sage Foundation which funds innovative breast cancer researchers. Realizing that many finance and nonprofit professionals were intimidated by, or apprehensive to try, meditation she created Chill and Chill Anywhere. Laura is committed to making meditation approachable. A component of this mission, that's more critical than ever before, is to utilize technology to share new experiences with guests and corporations.
Rada Yovovich
Co-Founder, The Darkest Horse
Rada is the Co-Founder and Co-Host for The Darkest Horse, a next-gen consultancy firm helping the workforce and organizations explore the intersections of Radical Inclusion, The Future of Work, Emerging Technology, and Health, Well-Being and Human Potential. She is a deeply collaborative and creative business professional with 10+ years experience innovating in healthcare tech and services. Rada is also a seasoned coach and facilitator. In addition to her career and transformational leadership coaching and facilitation work, Rada is an active advocate for LGBTQ equity and diversity efforts more broadly. As an employee, she has proudly founded and led diversity employee resource groups and has since gone on to deliver customized D&I workshops for organizations/teams around the country.
Kasey Franco
Director of Training & Education, NAMI Chicago
Kasey Franco joined NAMI Chicago as Training and Education Coordinator in February of 2017, assuming the role of Director of Training and Education in the summer of 2019. Kasey oversees and executes NAMI Chicago’s mental health training and education programming, and collaborates with community organizations, first responder agencies, and workplaces to open conversations around fighting mental health stigma and fostering wellness. Kasey is originally from the Bay Area of California. She earned her Bachelor's Degree from Northern Arizona University with a major in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology, and a Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Kasey is driven to build a community that not only says it’s okay to prioritize wellness, but knows the value of wellness and its impact on our lives.
