She is a deeply collaborative and creative business professional with 10+ years experience innovating in healthcare tech and services. Rada is also a seasoned coach and facilitator. In addition to her career and transformational leadership coaching and facilitation work, Rada is an active advocate for LGBTQ equity and diversity efforts more broadly. As an employee, she has proudly founded and led diversity employee resource groups and has since gone on to deliver customized D&I workshops for organizations/teams around the country.

Dr. Renee McLaughlin
Cigna
Dr. Renee McLaughlin is National Medical Director, Value-Based Relationships with Cigna and leads a team focused on the design, implementation, and management of collaborative partnerships with health care providers to improve health outcomes. Dr. McLaughlin has a strong interest in LGBT health and workforce issues, and specifically those affecting gender-diverse people. She serves on the leadership team for Cigna's LGBT Colleague Resource Group and is an internal and external resource on transgender-related issues. On behalf of Cigna, she provides workplace and management training to employers, and has worked with numerous Fortune 500 companies. She serves on the Board of Directors for Reaching Out, is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Human Rights Campaign, has served on HRC’s Business Advisory Council and the American College of Surgeons Committee on Diversity, is a member of the World Professional Association on Transgender Health (WPATH), and is a founding board member of OUTLOOK, the Chattanooga, TN LGBT chamber of Commerce. She herself underwent a gender transition in 2013 while maintaining her external-facing corporate position.
